What data we process

When you contact us by phone, email or chat, we process the information you provide – typically name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry. This website does not use tracking cookies for marketing.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and perform contracts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and based on our legitimate interest in following up customer relationships (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Sharing and retention

We never sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors providing IT services to us (e.g. email, chat and hosting), governed by data processing agreements. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to object to processing. Contact us at post@globeenergycharge.no. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
